At G2 Ultimate Performance, we specialise in high-performance services and custom automotive solutions. For this reason, our refund policy is as follows:

Services (diagnostics, tuning, mapping, installations, labour, custom work) are non-refundable once the work has started.

Custom-made or special-order parts are non-refundable.

Parts and products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Any item returned used, damaged, or incomplete will not be refunded.

Refunds are processed once the item is inspected and approved.
