Shipping policy

At G2 Ultimate Performance, we ship automotive parts and products within the UK and selected international destinations.

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped

2. Shipping Times
UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer

4. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
G2 Ultimate Performance is not responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by couriers once the package has been shipped

5. Local Collection
Local collection from our workshop may be available upon request. Please contact us to arrange pickup.
